Senior Adult Leader

The Senior Adult leader will be an individual who works to lead ministry to senior adults so that they can Encounter God, Get Connected, Find Purpose and Pursue Growth.

This leader must:

1. Be a born again worshipper and follower of Jesus Christ.
2. Must a have a biblical worldview.
3. Must maintain a relationship with Jesus Christ and seek to have others know Jesus.
4. Must care about Senior Adults and see their vital role in the kingdom of God and the local church
5. Able to attend staff meetings.
6. Able to visit senior adults on a need to basis: sick, hospital, surgery, etc.
7. Willing to take direction from the lead pastor and work with him in order to serve our senior adult community.
8. Creative. Able to plan new adventures and events for our senior adults.
9. Flexibility.
10. Be a member of First Baptist, attend Sunday School (Connection Groups), and give/tithe.
