                Wrens Baptist Church of Wrens, Georgia is currently seeking to fill the position of a full time Senior Pastor. Nestled approximately thirty miles from the city of Augusta, WBC is part of a small rural community that connects to nine other counties nearby. Averaging 175 people for a blended style service, WBC is a church who fully cooperates with its local association, GBC, SBC, and adheres to the 2000 Baptist Faith and Message.

                Led by the power of the Holy Spirit, our pastoral search committee seeks to find the man who will continue the drive for Wrens Baptist Church to be recognized as a congregation that is centered on the Lord Jesus, focused on His Kingdom, and follows to the Living Word of God for its growth and replication.

                Basic Requirements of the man we are seeking:

• Unwavering commitment to the proper teaching of the Scriptures and the discipling of people.
• A loving shepherd who has a genuine heart for the church
• Must have master’s degree from a fully accredited seminary that correlates with the SBC
• Has had prior Senior Pastor experience
• Can work alongside Deacons and committees
• Has a heart for the Great Commission and how it connects to our city, state, nation, and globe
• Consumed with the glory of God and that His name be made great.
