We have a passion for making disciples and planting churches and do this with approximately 205 adult partners (members). Our kids ministry, which includes birth - 5th grade, averages 90 children on Sunday. In addition to the children, about 80 adult servers care for and minister to the kids each month. At Greenbriar, we partner with parents and caregivers as they disciple their children. Our desire is to create safe and fun environments for children to hear the good news of the gospel of Christ and connect with our church family relationally. Length of CommitmentIndefinite. This is a full-time staff position.Time Commitment & Schedule40+ hours/weekStaff meetings are currently Monday mornings with the expectation of spending time in the office during the week. The amount of time will vary and depend heavily on the Kids ministry goals and initiatives. While Sunday is a workday, and kids ministry classes take place during the main service time the expectation is to practice healthy rhythms of being involved in our Sunday worship gatherings.
