Southbridge Community Church is prayerfully seeking a Worship & Creative Pastor/Minister to join our team. Worship & Creative Minister/Pastor

We exist to glorify God by developing disciples of Jesus. Our mission is to cultivate disciple making environments where people can find a relationship with Jesus, each other, and the world.

Position

To lead in developing disciples through worship and the creative arts.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain a close, intimate, and growing relationship with Christ through personal devotions, prayer and spiritual accountability. 
2. Develop, lead, and implement a ministry strategy to engage, evangelize, equip, and empower Southbridge members and attenders to be disciples of Jesus.
3. Work in conjunction with pastoral/ministerial staff to plan and to facilitate all regular and special worship services for Southbridge.
4. Responsible for leading the development and production of graphic arts, images, videos, and/or other expressions to be utilized throughout the ministries of Southbridge.
5. Responsible for the development and implementation of social media strategies and online presence of Southbridge.
6. Responsible for managing all hardware, subscriptions, and software utilized in worship and arts to support the ministries of Southbridge.
7. Recruit, equip, encourage, and empower artists and musicians to volunteer and to lead in all Southbridge worship services and creative arts endeavors.
8. Recruit, equip, and empower interns to serve in support of the areas of Worship and Creative Arts at Southbridge.
9. Provide spiritual encouragement and care for those serving in Worship and Creative Arts.
10. Develop and manage a financial plan and budget for the fiscal year.
11. Regularly attend and encourage teams to attend conferences and events to develop spiritual life, spiritual gifts, and leadership skills in the areas of Worship and Creative Arts.
12. Other duties as assigned by Pastors, Elders, and HR Team.

Required Qualifications

• Motivation, enthusiasm, and attention to detail.
• Self-starter, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
• Effective organization and leadership skills. 
• Expressed written and verbal communication skills. 
• Musical, artistic, and technical skill to plan, coordinate, facilitate, and oversee the worship and arts ministries of Southbridge.
• Able to equip and empower musicians and artists to serve God through Southbridge.
• Maintain God ordained priorities in life.
• Dedicate personal time for spiritual growth.
• Successfully complete a Background Check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

Job Specifications

• Part Time 20 hours/week (Pay will be determined by skill and experience)
• Full Time 40 hours/week (Potential for candidate w/ experience and skill set)
