Oquinn Baptist Church is located in Screven, Georgia, a farming community in southeast Georgia located approximately 20-minutes from Jesup, Georgia. We are a small country church who is searching for a full-time Southern Baptist Pastor who has a genuine personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a passion for sharing the Gospel. We are prayerfully seeking a pastor who demonstrates strong leadership and shepherding skills. Who is gifted in building relationships within the congregation, ministering to students with our growing youth and children's ministries, and values community outreach and missions. A gifted man with strong communication skills, a humble spirit, and a servant’s heart.
We have three services weekly consisting of Sunday morning and evening service as well as prayer meeting on Wednesday nights. We have a beautiful sanctuary and social hall as well as a 3-bedroom, 2-bath pastorium with a 1-bedroom, 1-bath add on.
