            OBJECTIVE:

            The objective and purpose of Sargent Baptist Church shall be to win souls and make disciples in the name of Jesus Christ; to share His Gospel and practice His teachings; to promote the spiritual and moral well-being of its members and those in need; and to advance and promote the Christian faith.

            STATEMENT OF FAITH:

            The Holy Bible is the inspired, inerrant word of God and is the basis of any statement of faith.  The church subscribes to the doctrinal statement of “the Baptist Faith and Message” adopted by the Southern Baptist Convention in 2000.  We band ourselves together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation to lost mankind.

11. Youth Ministry
12. Adult Bible Studies
13. Vacation Bible School
14. Other ministries for sharing God’s word and growing God’s Kingdom
15. Conduct Marriage retreats
