First Baptist Atlanta is seeking a Director of Disciple Life to provide pastoral leadership and strategic oversight for the church’s discipleship and Christian education ministries. This role leads Family Ministries and Adult Life pastors, directors, and key staff while developing a unified, biblically grounded discipleship strategy across the life of the church.
We are seeking a spiritually mature ministry leader with a heart for making disciples, teaching God’s Word, developing leaders, and equipping the church for spiritual growth and Gospel impact.
The ideal candidate will bring significant ministry leadership experience in discipleship, Christian education, or spiritual formation, along with strong theological training and a demonstrated ability to lead and develop ministry leaders.
